Multiport Model Order Reduction With Multiple Expansion Points

چکیده

Multiple expansion points are introduced to the multiport Cauer ladder network method realize an efficient model order reduction of eddy-current field. The proposed can set multiple target frequencies cover a wide frequency range with small number electric elements. A time-dependent response pulsewidth-modulation (PWM) excitation is accurately reconstructed by setting at both fundamental and carrier frequencies.

Nonlinear model reduction using multiple expansion bases

Nonlinear model reduction is a critical component in the design process of control strategies for complex flows in the nonlinear regime. A Galerkin projection based on POD-modes is developed in this study that takes advantage of multiple bases for particular components of the governing equations. These bases are then linked by the Discrete Empirical Interpolation Method (DEIM) to ultimately arr...

Padé via Lanczos with Multiple Expansion Points

Through considering a large scale single-input, single-output dynamical linear system, we are led to the task of finding a suitable reduced-order model corresponding to that system. Equivalently, we need to successfully approximate the system’s so-called transfer function. To approximate the transfer function the PVL method considers the Lanczos process and its close knit connection to Padé app...

Broadcasting Multiple Messages in the Multiport Model

We consider the problem of broadcasting multiple messages from one processor to many processors in the k-port model for message passing systems. In such systems, processors communicate in rounds, where in every round, each processor can send k messages to k processors and receive k messages from k processors. In this paper, we first present a simple and practical algorithm based on variations o...

Symbolic Model Order Reduction

Symbolic Model Order Reduction (SMOR) is the problem of reducing a large circuit that contains symbolic circuit parameters to smaller low order models at its ports. Several methods, including symbol isolation, single frequency point reduction, and multiple frequency point reduction, are described and compared. Test circuits with simulation results are presented to demonstrate the accuracy and e...
